Document Translation

With document translation – you have to get it right first time, using machine translation or asking somebody who is not a native speaker to supply a translation is asking for trouble.

The difference between document translation and interpreting is that translations are written, whilst interpreting is spoken.

Our translators work on every type of document from legal reports to sales brochures. Each translator has their own software covering the languages that they speak and write, which makes life much easier for you. We can post or email translations back to you using recorded delivery, or in acrobat reader or jpeg format – which ever suits you best.

Language Finders also works very closely with a design team which can create a template for you, designed to be culturally tuned to your target audience. If you require your translation to be distributed, we can even organise the printing and mail outs.

Our translators only work in areas where they have proven experience. If you require a medical document translated from French for example – then we will select a translator who is experienced in both.

You can post, email or fax your translation over to us for a free, no obligation quote. Depending on the number of words the document contains, we can generally have the document translated and returned to you the same day.

We also provide a signed verification, signed by the translator, free of charge.

We work closely with a number of local solicitors, should you require an affidavit with your translation. Language Finders will prepare the affidavit to save you time.

And for complete peace of mind Language Finders have indemnity insurance for up to £10m.
