Telephone Interpreting
Do you need an interpreter now? If so, an interpreter fluent in your required language can be on the telephone to you within seconds.
Our face-to-face interpreters can be with you at very short notice.
However, if you need an interpreter instantly, or if you just need to make a few points to your client, then a telephone interpreter is very cost effective.
If you need to speak to a non-English speaking patient, customer or even a client aboard – then we can help remove the language barrier.
As the Language Finders’ service is available to our clients 24 hours a day, every day of the year the difference in time zones when calling abroad is not a problem to us.
You do not need a special telephone to use a telephone interpreter; you can either place our interpreter on hands free or simply pass the telephone back and forth.
A telephone interpreting call works in the same way as a face-to-face appointment: you tell our interpreter exactly what you need saying to your client – and then you pass them onto your client for them to repeat, and wait for an answer if required.
Language Finders keeps a record of how long the conversation takes, so when you have finished the call – all you have to do is hang up.
